We ask people to respect the environment and our neighbours by using public transport to access the ground. Any parking we do have at the ground is already reserved or on a first come first served basis. There are several other options for those wishing to drive such as Madingley Road Park and Ride or the Grand Arcade carpark. Both of these carparks have good bus links to West and Grange Road. For those arriving to Cambridge by train the U bus route also runs between the station and West Road. Are dogs allowed? Yes, we allow dogs in the ground but ask that they are kept on the lead at all times and under no circumstances allowed on the pitch. Can I bring in my own food and drink? No, we do not allow external food and drink in the stadium. Drinks are available from the bar and food available from the Cantab Café in the clubhouse as well as from food trucks in the Fan zone. Will my bag be searched? Your safety is our top priority and therefore all those entering the ground will be subject to bag searches. The list of prohibited items includes but are not limited to: External food and drink, glass containers (including perfume bottles), unauthorised photography equipment, drones, flares, airhorns and megaphones. In most situations you will be allowed to collect your possessions on exit. Items which are deemed to be offensive or abusive, compromises public safety, will be confiscated and may be reported to the police. What happens if I get hurt or need assistance? The ground is fully stewarded on match days, they will be easily recognisable in their hi-vis jackets so please don’t hesitate to ask for help.
