Ancient Infinity Orchestra is a gathering of voices, traditions, and energies converging into something timeless. Their music is a journey inward and outward, always reaching toward the universal. Hailing from Leeds, the 16-member ensemble is led by double bassist and composer Ozzy Moysey, with a distinctive line-up of two double basses, harp, saxophones, clarinets, violin, viola, cello, oboe, flutes, mandolin, congas, piano, drum kit, with bells, shakers and other percussion instruments scattered on the floor, ready for members to use whenever the spirit takes them.Support from Cobalt resident Weston on the decks with a jazz-inspired set. As part of the Mercury Prize Fringe 2026, powered by Generator. #ThisCitySings #MercuryPrizeFringe2026 As part of Newcastle City Council’s support for the Mercury Prize Fringe, every Fringe gig is Pay As You Feel - making incredible live music accessible to everyone.
