The session will begin with a brief explanation of the evening and the effect of sound, followed by a short grounding moment to arrive in the space and notice the breath and body. This is to help you land in the moment and to prepare the body to find stillness. The sound bath can be enjoyed seated or laying down (mats, bolsters, blankets and pillows are all available at the studio). Using Tibetan singing bowls, a gong, a drum, and other carefully selected instruments, the sound journey supports the body and mind in settling into a state of rest. Every session is different and a personal experience however, depending on how well you've slept, what's currently going on in your life. As sound and vibrations work on your body and brain. For some participants it might be deeply relaxing, others might feel energized. Afterwards we move into the reflective part of the session with tarot and oracle cards and guided journaling prompts. It will allow you to turn inward and gain perspective, connect with the themes of the full/new moon. This experience is open to everyone, whether you’re new to these practices or already familiar. It’s about creating space for yourself in a supportive and relaxed environment. A note on sound: Studio Oasis is located in central Palma, so ambient city sounds (voices, traffic, etc.) may occasionally be audible during your session. This is a natural part of the sound bath experience; rather than aiming for total silence, we invite you to let any outside sounds pass by and use them as an anchor to return to the present moment. ✨ Mats, blankets and bolsters are provided. ✨ Doors open 10 minutes before the session starts. Please arrive on time so we can begin together. Please read before booking: Do not attend if you have had a fracture in the last 12 weeks.
