About

New Moon Meditation acontece a 10 de outubro de 2026, The Social Hub Maastricht, em Maastricht.

The New Moon marks a natural moment to pause, reset and turn inward. Join us for a guided meditation designed to help you slow down, clear your mind and create space for new intentions. Through breathwork, gentle mindfulness and guided meditation, we’ll leave behind the noise of everyday life and reconnect with what feels important. The session is an opportunity to reflect on where you are, what you want to let go of, and what you would like to invite into the next chapter. Whether you’re experienced with meditation or completely new to it, you’re welcome. There’s nothing to achieve and no experience required — simply come as you are and give yourself permission to pause. Expect a calm, welcoming atmosphere, gentle guidance and time for stillness and reflection. Take a moment for yourself. Set an intention. Start fresh. Come to slow down. Stay to reconnect. Leave with a clearer mind and a renewed sense of direction.
