Come join us for a magical evening of balance, relaxation and rejuvenation. Let go of the past year and welcome in the new one with positive energy. We begin with calming slow flow yoga - gentle, nourishing movements and soothing stretches to relax the body and balance the mind. Followed by a cacao ceremony. Drinking ceremonial cacao makes it easier to access your feelings & release something you might want to let go of. A Gong Bath is a therapeutic, harmonic experience where instruments are played over and around you. Lay back on a mat and immerse yourself in the sound vibrations, relaxing and releasing tension. Allowing the mind to drop into a more peaceful space, creating room for greater awareness, clarity, creativity & calm. Everybody is welcome - no experience is required. WHY YOU’LL LOVE THIS ✨ Improves sleep and calms the mind ✨ Reduces anxiety, stress and blood pressure ✨ Strengthens the immune system and restores vitality ✨ Clears emotional blockages and tensions Spaces are limited, so please reserve your spot in advance. Instructions Please avoid a heavy meal for 2 hours beforehand; a light snack an hour before is fine. Please bring with you: ✨ Yoga mat (If you don't have one, we can provide one, upon request in advance) ✨ Pillow & blanket for warmth and maximum comfort ✨ A bottle of water to stay hydrated ✨ Wear comfortable, layered clothing that you can freely move in. ✨ Eye-mask (optional but adds to the experience) Please aim to arrive 5 to 10 minutes early to give yourself time to settle into the space. Kindly note that the doors will close at 7:15pm to honour the experience for all guests - late entry will not be possible. 7 day cancellation and Full Refund policy. Afterwards you may transfer your ticket to another event. Free On-Street Parking available on New Road and Abbey Road. New Road Entrance: Park up near Monks Close SE2 0QJ (follow the park lights leading up to the lodge). About 3 mins walk. Abbey Road Entrance: Park up around the footbridge that crosses over Abbey Road. The Lodge is at the brow of the hill. You can’t see the lodge from the road. About 3 mins walk. By train - the nearest railway station is Abbey Wood Station and is a 10 minute walk to Lesnes Abbey Woods. By bus - the park is on bus routes 229 (Thamesmead - Sidcup), 469 ( Woolwich to Erith), 301 ( Woolwich - Bexleyheath), 244 (Woolwich to Abbey Wood), 472 (North Greenwich - Abbey Wood) , B11, 180 (North Greenwich - Erith).
