Give yourself a little time away from all the everyday noise, where nobody needs anything from you and you can just relax and enjoy being yourself for a while. 💜 Funny really, how much of our time we spend thinking about everybody and everything else. There's always something that needs doing, someone to think about, something to sort out or remember, and before you know it another week's gone by and you wonder where it went. And somewhere in all that, you've forgotten about yourself and your own needs. So our November Gong Relaxation is called Coming Home to Yourself , but really it's just about looking out for you for a change, giving yourself a little time away from all the usual stuff and allowing yourself to enjoy a bit of peace and quiet without anyone wanting anything from you. 💜 We'll even provide a mat, a lovely blanket to snuggle under, a pillow and some water, so you don't even need to think about any of that. Just come along, get yourself comfy, close your eyes and let the gongs do their thing. No complicated breathwork or anything else, just lie there, drift off to sleep if you fancy, enjoy the sounds and hopefully feel wonderfully relaxed afterwards. You don't need to do anything or get anything right, which is really just nice and easy. ❤️ We'll have Rose Quartz alongside us this month too, traditionally associated with self-love, gentleness and connection, which seems rather fitting for November and our theme of coming home to yourself. 💜 So, if the last few weeks have been really busy, or you just fancy taking a bit of time for yourself, come along and see what you think.
