NOVEMBER NEW MOON YOGA + SNACK GATHERING Join us for a 90-minute New Moon evening at Koko Studio — an hour of yoga followed by something delicious to eat and time to stay, chat and connect. The New Moon is a natural point to pause, reset and begin again. The practice will be inspired by the Ashtanga tradition, moving with the breath through a flowing sequence while taking a little more time with grounding poses, steady breathing and moments to slow down. You’ll move the whole body and explore different poses, with options throughout so you can practise at your own pace. No need to be experienced or particularly flexible. Hopefully you’ll leave feeling a little more grounded, refreshed and ready for what comes next. After yoga, we’ll stay for something delicious to eat and relaxed conversation together. The group is kept small, and you’re very welcome to come on your own. Beginners and different levels are welcome, with options given throughout the practice.
