About

Pause & Restore: A Candlelit Evening Gong Bath acontece a 8 de novembro de 2026, West London Buddhist Centre, em London.

As the evenings draw in and diaries start filling up, join me for a Sunday evening dedicated to slowing down. We’ll begin with gentle breathwork and drumming before settling into a 50-minute gong bath. Get comfortable and allow the powerful waves of sound to wash over you, offering space to soften tension, quiet a busy mind and give your body a chance to rest and restore. Taking place on the evening before the new moon, this session offers a quiet pause as we move towards winter and the busyness of the festive season. A little time to yourself before the pace picks up. Optional oracle cards and intention setting will also be available for anyone who would like a moment of reflection. Everyone is welcome, whether you’ve experienced a gong bath before or are joining for the first time. Mats, bolsters and blankets are provided. You’re very welcome to bring an eye mask or anything else that helps you feel comfortable and cosy.
