This unique two-hour workshop brings together an introduction to hypnobirthing, with a focus on breathing and relaxation techniques, alongside the soothing power of sound, guided relaxation and gentle movements to ease those achy pregnancy bodies. The gentle sounds and vibrations can help create a calming space to slow down, release tension and feel more connected to yourself and your baby. Rather than leaving with a head full of information, you'll have the opportunity to experience simple, practical techniques, allowing what you've learned to gently settle. More than just a hypnobirthing class, yoga session or sound bath, this is an opportunity to relax, connect and prepare for this new chapter of life. This is a moment for you and your growing family. Each booking includes two places: one for the mum-to-be and one for her chosen support person. No previous yoga or hypnobirthing experience is needed. Please wear comfortable clothing and bring some water. You are welcome to bring extra cushions or a blanket to make yourself comfortable. If you have any pregnancy complications or medical concerns, please check with your midwife or healthcare professional before attending. Spaces are limited, so please book in advance.
