La segunda sesión, el 7 de octubre , estará dedicada a Sharks of the Mediterranean: A Vanishing Kingdom . El documental explora la desaparición de los grandes tiburones del Mediterráneo, un mar que hace apenas un siglo albergaba numerosas especies. A través de la búsqueda de estos animales, la película investiga las causas de su declive y se pregunta si todavía sobreviven en algunos rincones del Mediterráneo. El coloquio posterior contará con Biel Morey, biólogo marino y cofundador de Save the Med, y Agustí Torres, presidente de SharkMed y fotógrafo y documentalista profesional , que compartirán su conocimiento y experiencia sobre el medio marino y la situación de los tiburones en el Mediterráneo. Al finalizar, se ofrecerá una breve picada para favorecer un encuentro más cercano entre asistentes y ponentes, resolver dudas y generar un espacio informal en el que compartir reflexiones e ideas en torno a las cuestiones planteadas durante la sesión.
