Reiki Level 1 Training is an in-person, one-day training for anyone ready to deepen their connection with themselves and the natural flow of life energy. Introduction to Reiki Reiki is a gentle yet powerful Japanese healing practice based on the understanding that everything is energy. Rei means higher wisdom or universal power, and Ki means life-force energy. When energy flows freely, we may experience greater balance, harmony and wellbeing. When its flow is blocked or disrupted, this may appear as stress, fatigue, emotional overwhelm or physical discomfort. Through a simple hands-on or hands-off practice, Reiki supports the natural flow of energy within the body. It encourages deep relaxation, reduces stress and supports the body’s natural ability to return to calm, clarity and balance. What you’ll learn Channel Reiki energy safely and confidently Use Reiki for self-healing and personal growth Hand position to give Reiki to family, animals and plants. Bring more peace, grounding and harmony into everyday life Develop a regular personal Reiki practice Training details The training runs from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM , followed by 21 days of personal practice to help you integrate and embody the teachings. Your training includes a Reiki Level 1 manual, recordings of the practices and a certificate of completion. Your Teacher and Reiki Master Although widely known as a yoga teacher and trainer, Esmeralda is, at heart, a healer. Her connection to healing has roots in her family lineage: her grandmother was a healer in Galicia, in northwest Spain. This ancestral thread continues through Esmeralda’s own life and work. Her Reiki journey began in 2011 with her first teacher, Sadna, the founder of OMH Therapies before further trainings in Spain. A Reiki Master who has offered training since 2014, she has guided hundreds of people in discovering their own connection with Reiki. For Esmeralda, Reiki is a way of living. She brings it into the food she prepares, her yoga practice, her home and the spaces where she teaches. Her approach is embodied, intuitive and grounded in years of practice, inviting others to explore Reiki with curiosity, compassion and trust in their own experience.
