About
Reprotech and the Next Era of Women’s Health: A FemTech Talk with Pranam Chatterjee realiza-se a 17 de novembro de 2026, maze impact, em Lisboa.
Two days of hormone injections instead of fourteen. Eggs matured in a dish by engineered cells. A first baby born in Lima in December 2024. A Phase 3 trial under way in the US.
That is the ambition behind Fertilo, the lead product of Gameto, a biotechnology company that just got aquired by Ferring Pharmaceuticals for $1.38 billion.
On 17 November, we will have the pleasure of welcoming Pranam Chatterjee, one of the bright minds behind that ambition, for an informal evening conversation.
The speaker
Pranam Chatterjee is a cofounder and adviser of Gameto and Distinguished Assistant Professor of Bioengineering and Computer and Information Science at the University of Pennsylvania. An MIT PhD, he trained with George Church’s group at Harvard, where the cell engineering behind Gameto was developed. Today his lab uses generative AI to design proteins for infertility, rare neurodegenerative diseases and paediatric sarcomas.
