RESET by Embody - A day to move, play and connect

RESET by Embody - A day to move, play and connect acontece a 8 de novembro de 2026, Quinta da Pedra Firme, em Colares.

A phone-free day of movement, play, and nature with friends you haven’t met yet. RESET is a full-day experience designed to get you out of your usual routine, away from your screen, and back into your body. Think less traditional wellness retreat, more adult playground meets a day in nature. We’ll move, play, compete, collaborate, eat together, slow down, and probably get a little silly along the way. Expect a mix of: 🤸 Movement Activities that get you into your body, without turning the day into one giant workout. 🏅 Play Team challenges, friendly competition, creative missions and plenty of opportunities to embrace your inner child. 📵 Phone-free time A proper break from the constant pings, scrolling and background noise. The idea is simple: be where your feet are. 🫂 Connection No networking, just better conditions for actually getting to know people through shared experiences. 🌿 Space to reset It won’t be go-go-go all day. There’ll also be time to eat, breathe, hang out, explore and simply enjoy being somewhere different. The exact activities are staying partly under wraps for now. Half the fun is not knowing everything in advance. What we can promise is this: You’ll move. You’ll play. You’ll meet people. You’ll spend less time looking at a screen. And hopefully, you’ll leave feeling a little more alive than when you arrived. Who is this for? RESET is for people who want to do something different with their day. You don’t need to be an Embody member. You don’t need to be particularly athletic. You just need to be open to moving, playing, meeting new people and trying a few things you probably wouldn’t do on a normal Sunday :) Spaces are intentionally limited to keep the experience personal. Embody members have access to a special member ticket. Want the full story?
