About

Rota festival VIII decorre de 24 a 30 de maio de 2027, em Blanca.

ROTA is an experimental music festival created by AADK SP that spans the spectrum between traditional music and post-industrial electronica under the motto ‘from roots to noise’. Initiated in 2017 by Selu Herraiz and Elena Azzedin, it takes place in the rural town of Blanca and the city of Murcia. Its main objective is to raise awareness and interest in peripheral territories and positively contribute to their repopulation by bringing the most innovative contemporary culture closer. Additionally, the festival works to create networks for the transmission of knowledge among peers and to foster the creation of new contemporary rituals to strengthen bonds.
