Can We Find Peace in an Uncertain World? Life can feel unpredictable. Plans change. Relationships change. The future feels uncertain. And with constant news, notifications and pressure coming from every direction, it can sometimes feel impossible to find a moment of real peace. But what if peace doesn’t depend on everything around us going perfectly? Join us at Sacred Lounge for a relaxed afternoon exploring how we can find a deeper sense of calm and stability — even when life around us feels uncertain. Drawing on timeless wisdom from the Bhagavad Gita , we’ll explore why uncertainty affects us so deeply, how we can respond to things beyond our control, and whether genuine peace can come from somewhere deeper within. ✨ What to expect 🧘 Guided meditation 💭 A short, thought-provoking talk 🎶 Live mantra music & kirtan 🤝 Meet and connect with new people 🥗 Delicious vegetarian refreshments No experience needed. No pressure. Just come as you are. Sacred Lounge is a welcoming space to step away from the noise of everyday life, slow down, meet new people and explore some of life’s deeper questions. You may not be able to control everything happening around you — but perhaps peace was never meant to depend on that. 🌿 Everyone is welcome.
