Join us at Sacred Lounge for a special experience combining a soothing gong bath with live mantra meditation , designed to help you slow down, switch off and reconnect. 🔔 Gong Bath with Rachel We’ll begin with an immersive gong bath led by Rachel, our qualified yoga teacher . Simply lie back, get comfortable and allow the sounds and vibrations of the gong to fill the space. It’s an opportunity to put your phone away, let go of the week and enjoy a moment of stillness. 🎶 Live Mantra Meditation After the gong bath, we’ll move into live mantra meditation (kirtan) — an uplifting form of meditation through music. You don’t need to know the mantras or have any experience. You can sing along, close your eyes and listen, or simply enjoy the atmosphere. ✨ What to expect 🔔 Guided gong bath with Rachel 🧘 Time to deeply relax and unwind 🎶 Live mantra meditation & kirtan 💭 A little timeless wisdom for everyday life 🤝 A welcoming space to meet and connect with others 🥗 Delicious vegetarian refreshments No previous experience is needed.
