Sacred Lounge: Who Are You Beneath the Mask?

Sacred Lounge: Who Are You Beneath the Mask? acontece a 31 de outubro de 2026, The Life Centre, em Manchester.

We all wear different masks. 🎭 The confident one. The successful one. The funny one. The person who has everything together. But beneath all the roles, expectations and labels we carry — who are we really? This Saturday, Sacred Lounge invites you to slow down and explore the deeper question of identity. Beyond our job, appearance, relationships, achievements and even our thoughts, is there something deeper that defines who we are? Inspired by timeless wisdom from the Bhagavad-gītā , we’ll explore the difference between the identities we take on and our deeper spiritual nature. No previous experience with meditation, yoga or spirituality is needed. Sacred Lounge is a relaxed and welcoming space where you can simply come as you are. What to expect 🧘 Guided meditation – slow down and reconnect with yourself 💭 Interactive discussion – explore the masks and identities we carry in everyday life 📖 Wisdom for life – discover a different perspective on who we really are 🎶 Live mantra meditation (kirtan) – experience meditation through music and sacred sound 🥗 Vegetarian refreshments – stay afterwards, have some food and meet new people Whether you're curious about spirituality, looking for something deeper, or simply want a meaningful way to spend your Saturday afternoon, you're very welcome.
