Come with friends or make some here! We’ll bring the materials, inspiration and a welcoming table to join. What will you create? Choose from our art menu: Watercolour Acrylic painting Oil pastels Lino printing NEW: Charcoal We’ll have a QR code full of Halloween inspiration to get your ideas flowing. Think bold autumn colours, spooky still lifes and some inspiration from gothic art and horror cinema. Alongside pumpkins, ghosts and mysterious black cats, explore Leonora Carrington’s dreamlike creatures, Edward Gorey’s wonderfully peculiar gothic illustrations, the dramatic shadows of German Expressionist cinema, or the rich reds of Suspiria . Antique botanical drawings of poisonous plants, celestial charts, moody florals and vintage occult book covers. Turn a strange little creature into a lino print, paint an autumn still life or experiment with an eerie colour palette. Go dark and dramatic, playful and colourful, or take your artwork somewhere entirely unexpected. Never picked up a paintbrush? You’re very welcome here. There’s absolutely no pressure to make a masterpiece, and you don’t need to know any of the references. They’re there to spark ideas. You choose what to make, with guidance whenever you need it. Between brushstrokes, get to know the people around you, share your favorite horror movies, and enjoy having two hours to do something just for fun. Coming solo?
