Samhain Sound Bath - Crystal Palace Park

Samhain Sound Bath - Crystal Palace Park acontece a 3 de novembro de 2026, Brown & Green Life, em London.

Sound healing encourages your brain waves to move from a state of fight or flight, to rest and digest. Cortisol levels fall, your nervous system settles and your mind and body enter a meditative state. The ancient Celts believed that during Samhain, the veil between the spiritual and physical world thins. Set in a beautiful park and overlooking a lake, you'll be supported to hold a gentle space to honour personal and collective grief. As we enter the darkest part of the year, this sound bath is a time for pause, compassion and reflection. You'll leave feeling grounded and balanced, with a sense of calm and release. NOTE - sound healing is not a substitute for therapy. If you are struggling with grief, especially recent grief, and need someone to talk to, please seek a qualified therapist or healthcare professional. For - those who want to create space to honour grief with the support of sound healing. Please note – falling asleep is a natural reaction to deep relaxation and is perfectly normal. Contraindications – if you are in the first trimester of pregnancy, have a fitted metal pin/plate or pacemaker, epilepsy or severe anxiety, please speak to a medical practitioner before attending. A percentage of proceeds go to Choose Love and Heal Palestine.
