SANCTUARY 🌹 A Monthly Women’s Sisterhood Temple | Worthing An evening of sisterhood, embodiment, ritual and reconnection. Tuesday 24th November | 7–9pm | Worthing Worthing is where the wild women seem to be gathering. We heard the call... and so we created Sanctuary, a monthly women’s temple facilitated by Abi Flynn and the Sea Soul Sisterhood Worthing community. First and foremost, this is a genuine sisterhood. A space for women from all walks of life to come together, step away from the noise of everyday life, get out of our heads and back into our bodies, our hearts and our innate feminine wisdom. A place to soften, to feel, to express, to receive and to remember that we were never meant to do this alone. But this isn’t your average women’s circle… Sanctuary is an immersive, creative, juicy, FUN, full-spectrum experience of feminine expression! Yes, we hold sacred space. Yes, we go deep. But we also cackle, dance, make noise, get silly, get sexy, get messy and celebrate the sheer joy of being women together. We laugh, we cry, we rage, we grieve, we get ugly, we get glamorous. Sometimes we’re wild and unapologetic, sometimes we’re soft and tender. Sometimes we simply need to lie down, breathe and be held. It’s all welcome. It’s all womanhood. It’s all holy. Rooted in the ancient wisdom of women gathering in circle, Sanctuary is a space to reconnect with ourselves and one another through ritual, movement, sound, voice, sensory experiences and authentic sisterhood. There is no particular way to be here. You don’t need to be experienced in women’s circles or anything other than exactly who you are. What to expect 🌹 Each gathering is a little different, but you can expect a beautiful blend of: 🕯️ Candlelit ritual and sacred space 🌹 Guided somatic movement, dance and embodiment practices 🌿 Meditation, grounding, beautiful oils and sensory experiences 🎶 Voice medicine, intuitive singing, sound healing and drumming ❤️ Heart-centred sharing circles, genuine connection and space to be seen and heard ✨ Laughter, playfulness, joy and a little feminine magic All of you is welcome here. The tender, the wild, the sensual, the messy, the joyful, the grieving, the powerful and the vulnerable. There is nothing to achieve, nothing to prove and no version of yourself you need to become. This is a space to put down our armour, to be witnessed without judgement, to celebrate each other, and to remember the extraordinary beauty and power of women coming together. A space to receive as much as we give. A return to the inner temple. A return to ourselves. And a whole lot of sisterhood along the way. Whether you’re a seasoned circle sister or you’ve never stepped foot in a space like this before, you’re so welcome. Come as you are. Bring all of you. 🌹 Practical details 📍 Worthing — full address and arrival details provided before the event 🕖 Tuesday 24th November | 7–9pm 🎟️ £10 per person — concessions available What to bring: Wear something comfortable that you can move and relax in.
