Step aboard for a slower kind of Saturday evening. Join us for an evening of cacao, breathwork, intention setting and deep relaxation cacooned in the unique surroundings of a candelit boat on the river. This is an evening to pause, breathe and create some space, to reflect on what you're ready to let go of and what you'd like to take forward. We'll begin with breathwork to settle the body and clear the mind. Cacao ceremony, a warm grounding experience to help go within. Intention setting, a chance to reflect on what you want to release and what you want to invite in. Guided letting go ritual, a simple space to release what you no longer need. Followed by a deeply relaxing candlelit sound bath with gongs, singing bowls and other soothing sound instruments. Lie back, get comfortable and allow the sounds to take you into a state of deep rest. No previous experience with cacao, breathwork, meditation or soundbaths is needed.
