This experience is designed to help you reconnect with your body in simple, grounded ways. You’ll learn how breath, awareness, and nervous system regulation can open pathways to more energy, comfort, and self-confidence. You’ll leave with knowledge and felt understanding of what it means to be in your body, not just in your thoughts. What to expect An afternoon of curiosity, exploration, and connection.

During the event, we will offer a gentle demonstration of how to use yoni eggs and yoni wands for beginners. There will be space for self-exploration if you feel curious and comfortable, but it is never required. Our priority is to create an atmosphere of full choice and personal agency — where you are free to follow what feels right in each moment, without pressure or expectation. We will remain attentive to the energy of the group, ensuring that everyone moves only as far as they wish, and that nothing needs to be decided or confirmed in advance.
