Self-Love Workshop: Crystal Sound Bath Guided Meditation & Personal Letter-writing Activity. Come in, make yourself a cup of tea , and be welcomed by the growing Nowfos community. Network, make friends, and then get cozy on a mat . Experience a guided crystal sound bath focused on self-love and motivation . Afterwards, engage in a personal letter-writing activity , to capture the positive emotion, self-love and motivation heightened from the sound bath . Decorate it with stickers and collage, and pop it in an envelope for whenever you might need a reminder of the feeling you'll have on the 5th October from 7-8pm.
