SELFISH FOR GOOD - Women’s Wellness Summit

SELFISH FOR GOOD - Women’s Wellness Summit acontece a 5 de dezembro de 2026, Copthorne Hotel Newcastle, em Newcastle upon Tyne.

Get Ready for the SELFISH FOR GOOD SUMMIT! What if, for one afternoon, you gave yourself permission to choose you? SELFISH FOR GOOD is a premium women’s wellness experience created for women who spend so much of their lives showing up for everyone else that they sometimes forget to show up for themselves. On Saturday 5 December, we’re bringing women together at the Copthorne Hotel Newcastle for an afternoon of honest conversation, wellbeing, connection and self-discovery, built around one powerful belief: Putting yourself first isn’t selfish. It’s necessary. Created by Cass Uk and Tolicious, SELFISH FOR GOOD will bring the Tolicious philosophy to life through inspiring conversations, the live Healing Chat podcast, the SELFISH Permission Wall, wellness experiences, meaningful connections and the official launch of the SELFISH Box. This isn’t about becoming more selfish. It’s about becoming better at choosing yourself. SELFISH FOR GOOD 10% of ticket sales will go to Tyneside Women’s Health. Come to SELFISH. Give yourself permission. Leave FREE.
