Shakti/Shiva - Discussion, Meditation, Sound healing & Gong bath Surekha and Holistic J joyfully invite you to a beautiful night of immersive bliss, rooted in Shiva & Shakti consciousness and energy. Shiva (Consciousness): Represents the static, formless, and eternal witness. He is silent, Stillness, and pure awareness. Shakti (Energy/Power): Represents the active, kinetic force that creates, sustains, and transforms the universe. She is the creative power of Shiva. The Inseparable Union: Shiva is considered inert without Shakti, while Shakti is directionless without Shiva. They are often depicted together, such as in the Ardhanarishvara form (half-male, half-female - of balance and harmony) A night of stillness and inner awakening ✨ This gathering is an invitation to be present, honour and balance the divine Shakti and Shiva energies within you. ✨ The experience will unfold gradually through connection, discussion, meditation, and sound vibration - ending with a powerful soundbath and gong puja. ✨ On this sacred night you will be guided through an immersive sound journey, allowing the mind to soften and the body to dissolve into deep stillness through the vast, silent field and energy of Shiva/Shakti and other Hindu chakra deities.
