Sound Bath. Art and Spirituality. EDINBURGH

Sound Bath. Art and Spirituality. EDINBURGH acontece a 21 de outubro de 2026, Art and Spirituality :Yoga, em Gorgie.

Take some time to slow down, pause, and reconnect through the immersive sounds of a carefully selected range of instruments. During this sound bath, you will be surrounded by the vibrations of Tibetan singing bowls, a gong and drums played in slow, repetitive patterns that encourage deep relaxation and rest. These steady rhythms can help shift the body away from a stress response and towards a more relaxed state, allowing the nervous system an opportunity to settle. Many people report feeling calmer, more grounded, and mentally clearer after a sound bath. Research into sound-based relaxation practices suggests they may help reduce feelings of stress and anxiety, support relaxation, and promote a sense of overall wellbeing. There is nothing you need to do during the session. Simply get comfortable, close your eyes if you wish, and allow yourself to rest while the sounds unfold around you. Whether you are feeling overwhelmed, mentally busy, or simply looking for a chance to switch off from everyday demands, this session offers a space to slow down, recharge, and reconnect with yourself.
