About
Sound Bath, Sage, & Soul acontece a 7 de novembro de 2026, House of Moon, em London.
Sound, Sage & Soul 🌿 A Restorative Sound Bath, Palestinian Sage Tea & Sharing Circle A space to slow down, reconnect with yourself, and experience the warmth of Palestinian tradition. Join us for a nourishing two-hour journey of sound, stillness, connection, and reflection, where the restorative power of sound healing meets the comforting ritual of Palestinian sage tea, known in Arabic as Meramiyeh (مريمية). This gathering is an invitation to step away from the busyness of everyday life, soften into the present moment, and reconnect with yourself and others in a warm, welcoming space. ✨ What to Expect First Hour | Restorative Sound Bath We’ll begin with a deeply restorative 60-minute sound bath, inviting you to lie down, close your eyes, and surrender to the soothing vibrations of crystal singing bowls, chimes, and other healing instruments. Through sound and gentle stillness, you’ll be invited to release tension, quiet the mind, and settle into a state of deep relaxation. There is nothing you need to do, achieve, or figure out. Simply allow yourself to receive. Second Hour | Palestinian Sage Tea, Sharing Circle & Oracle Cards Following our sound journey, we’ll slowly come back together over a warm cup of traditional Palestinian sage tea. Growing up Palestinian, sage was always more than just a herb. Whenever we felt unwell, needed comfort, or simply wanted something warm, there was always a cup of Meramiyeh waiting for us. It was an expression of care, love, and tradition, something passed down through generations, often through the hands of our mothers and grandmothers. In many spiritual traditions, sage is associated with: 🌿 Energetic cleansing and purification 🌿 Emotional balance and inner peace 🌿 Grounding and mental clarity 🌿 Intuition and spiritual awareness 🌿 Protection and renewal Beyond its spiritual symbolism, Palestinian sage tea represents something deeply meaningful: the comfort of home, the beauty of ancestral wisdom, and the quiet ways we care for one another. As we share our tea, we’ll open a gentle sharing circle , creating space for reflection, connection, and whatever may have come up during the sound journey. You’ll also be invited to pull an oracle card , offering a moment of personal reflection and an intention or message to carry with you. Sharing is always optional. You’re welcome to speak, listen, or simply be present. 🤍 About Your Facilitator I’m Natalie, a Palestinian, London-based certified Sound Healing Practitioner, with additional experience in other energy healing modalities. My approach to sound healing is rooted in the belief that healing and connection can take many forms, through sound, stillness, storytelling, community, and the traditions we carry with us. As a Palestinian, reconnecting with the practices I grew up with has become an important part of my personal and spiritual journey. Through my gatherings, I hope to create spaces where ancient traditions, modern healing practices, and meaningful human connection can come together. I believe that every story deserves to be heard, and that sometimes the most powerful thing we can offer one another is a space to simply be. 🌸 What to Bring Everything you need for the sound bath will be provided, so there’s no need to bring anything. If it feels right for you, you’re welcome to bring a journal to write down any thoughts, feelings, or reflections that arise throughout the experience. Come as you are, with an open heart and no expectations. 🌙 A Gentle Invitation There’s something deeply sacred about the things we grow up with. Sometimes, as we search for new ways to heal, we forget the wisdom that has been quietly passed down to us through generations. Sometimes healing isn’t something new. Sometimes, it’s something we’ve known all along. We look forward to sharing this space, a cup of Meramiyeh, and a moment of stillness with you. 🤍
