Hi, I'm Hannah! I'm a fully qualified sound practitioner and I'll be holding an intimate sound bath at the garden studio in Ealing. During the session participants can expect to hear sounds from a range of instruments including Crystal bowls, Tibetan bowls, Gongs, Hand Drums, Chimes & more! Health Benefits When listening to the frequencies of the sound waves our own brain waves and heart beats synchronise to them which encourages - Improved sleep quality Reduced stress & anxiety Lower heart rate, blood pressure & cortisol levels The vibrations created by the instruments also penetrate deep into our tissues and move through our bodies this helps to - Release stuck energy Improve blood circulation Improve metabolism Regulate muscle tension What to Bring You don't need to bring anything other than yourself. The studio has everything you will need to participate however if you would prefer to bring your own yoga matt and blanket feel free. What to Wear You will be lying or sitting still for 60 minutes so whatever you feel comfy in!
