Sound District Floreasca 2027

Sound District Floreasca 2027 decorre de 10 a 11 de setembro de 2027, em Bucharest.

Sound District Floreasca is an urban cultural festival that reimagines the relationship between classical music, the city and its people. Its central idea is to take classical music out of the traditional concert hall and bring it into the streets, transforming Bucharest's Floreasca neighbourhood into a vibrant, open-air cultural destination. Inspired by the streets named after iconic European composers, the festival creates a dialogue between classical heritage and contemporary urban culture. Each street becomes part of a larger cultural landscape, with its own identity and atmosphere. Through concerts and performances in unconventional venues and public spaces, Sound District brings together classical music, opera, jazz, contemporary sounds, visual arts and gastronomy, inviting audiences to discover culture in unexpected ways. Following its inaugural edition in 2026, we aim to take the festival further in 2027, expanding its programme, involving more artists and creative disciplines, and activating new spaces across the neighbourhood.
