Let the vibrations of crystal bowls, chimes and gentle tones guide you into a deep state of rest. No effort. No experience needed. Just lie back and let go. Bring your Mat and Blanket. What to expect: ✨ Instant calm – soothing sounds slow the mind and relax the body ✨ Nervous system reset – perfect if you’re anxious or wired ✨ Emotional release – shift stuck energy and tension ✨ A real break – deeper than sleep, lighter than meditation Who’s it for? Anyone feeling stressed, burnt out, or in need of a real reset. Led by Eleonora – a qualified sound healing practitioner, yoga teacher and massage therapist who swapped life in architecture for a slower, more intentional path.
