About

Soundbath and mindfulness class acontece a 16 de novembro de 2026, Ballynafeigh Methodist Church, em Ormeau.

Research shows that certain sound frequencies can help lower stress hormones, slow heart rate, and shift brainwaves into alpha and theta states, the same states associated with meditation, creativity, and restful sleep. By tuning into these frequencies, your body has a chance to unwind and reset. You’ll simply lie back, breathe, and let the sound guide you. No prior experience or effort is required, just a willingness to pause and let your system recalibrate. Perfect for anyone looking to manage stress, improve sleep, or simply take a break from constant mental noise.
