Surrounded by the vibrational frequencies of crystal singing bowls, Himalayan bowls, crystal bell and pyramid, chimes, and other therapeutic instruments , you’ll be guided into a peaceful meditative state that promotes stress relief, mindfulness, and emotional balance . The sound waves resonate through the body, helping to release tension, calm the nervous system, and restore energetic harmony . Many people experience sensations of peace, warmth, or clarity as their body enters a natural state of healing.
