About

Stirling Stories North 2026 realiza-se a 8 de outubro de 2026, Drama Studio, em Broomhall.

Discover the six new building projects contending for the coveted RIBA Stirling Prize 2026. The six outstanding buildings shortlisted in the Stirling Prize’s 30th anniversary year include a reimagined arrival at one of London’s busiest transport hubs, a rejuvenated theatre now thriving as a community centre, and an expressive home on the edge of Epping Forest. Also featured is an innovative approach to high-density suburban housing in London, alongside two Cambridge college projects: one a sensitive transformation, the other a welcoming new wing. Over the course of the evening, hear from all six of the project teams behind this year's RIBA Stirling Prize shortlist, as they share stories about how each project came to life, and what it would mean to win the UK’s most prestigious architecture prize. Presentations from each project team will then be followed by a panel discussion and your chance to ask questions in an interactive Q&A. It promises to be both an inspiring and sociable gathering for architects, students, and anyone passionate about the built environment. The shortlist this year includes: A house at Fairmead, High Beach, Epping Forest by Sergison Bates BEAM, Hertfordshire by Bennetts Associates Lion Green Road by Mary Duggan Architects (design) with RUFF Architects (delivery) Paddington Square by Renzo Piano Building Workshop (Paris) in collaboration with Adamson Associates (London) Pembroke, Mill Lane by Haworth Tompkins River Wing, Clare College by Witherford Watson Mann Architects Schedule Registration and bar opens: 6pm Talk begins: 7pm Post-event drinks and networking: 8.45-9.30pm The ticket prices include light refresments in the form of a finger buffet.
