Using a variety of therapeutic instruments, including crystal singing bowls, you’ll be invited to lie back, get comfortable and bathe in soothing sounds and vibrations. This Sunday evening sound healing journey is a beautiful opportunity to slow down, release the week, quieten a busy mind and reconnect with yourself. Sound healing can be particularly supportive for busy or overstimulated minds, including those with ADHD traits, as well as anyone experiencing everyday stress or anxious feelings. Benefits may include: ✨ Calming and supporting nervous system regulation ✨ Reducing stress and tension ✨ Quietening a busy or overactive mind ✨ Supporting deeper relaxation and sleep ✨ Improving focus and mental clarity ✨ Encouraging emotional release ✨ Creating a greater sense of balance and grounding ✨ Helping you feel rested and reset for the week ahead No previous experience is needed. Arrive, get comfortable and allow yourself to receive. Important Contraindications Sound healing may not be suitable for everyone.
