About
Sunday Soundbath acontece a 11 de outubro de 2026, Jan Hanzenstraat 149, em Amsterdam.
During this sound healing session, you’ll be guided through a deeply relaxing journey using sound, silence, breathwork and guided meditation. Crystal singing bowls, chimes and other sound healing instruments create a gentle landscape of soothing sounds and vibrations, inviting your body and mind to slow down. Sound, silence & stillness The sounds help you settle into the present moment, while moments of silence give you time to receive, rest and notice what is already there. Throughout the session, you’ll be invited to connect with your breath, body and inner awareness, without needing to achieve anything or do it “right”. Simply lie back, listen and allow yourself to be. A space to reconnect This session is an opportunity to release some of the tension you may be carrying and create a little more room to breathe. You’re welcome to bring a journal and take a few moments after the session to write down any thoughts, emotions or insights that came up.
