COLLAB - SURFING YOUR INNER CHILD WITH KURUVA & ROVE - Extreme sports are also for women - PART III of this 4-workshop series by KURUVA & ROVE. We journey into playfulness as a means to enhance our relationships and overall well-being. Tickets include surfboard and wetsuit rental as well as surf class and other meditation practices. We begin with an invigorating surf session, riding the waves and immersing ourselves in the energy of the ocean. Surf becomes a conduit for reconnecting to the joy, freedom, and playfulness of our inner child. We then transition into a workshop designed to deepen our connection to nature and tap into our inner child, exploring the ways in which nature can inspire and nurture our playful spirit. The workshop acts as a catalyst for self-reflection, helping us rediscover the beauty and wonder of the natural world. The surf and the workshop become gateways to unlocking the playful, adventurous, and authentic parts of ourselves that may have been forgotten or suppressed. Session 4: Embracing Playfulness (July 12th) Our final session is a transformative journey embracing playfulness through surfing, ending with a relaxing workshop. This session is dedicated to celebrating the lightness, spontaneity, and wonder that play brings into our lives. We start with a delightful surf session, riding the waves with a sense of childlike enthusiasm and freedom. We then transition into a workshop designed to further cultivate and embrace playfulness. Through gentle practices and a guided meditation, we explore ways to infuse playfulness into our daily lives. We discover the power of laughter, spontaneity, and creativity, and reconnect to authenticity and childlike, innocent joy. This workshop provides a space for self-expression, sharing, and support as we encourage one another to embrace playfulness as an integral part of our lives. * / ABOUT CLAUDIA GARCIA & KURUVA As a lover of dance, surf, and the sea, Claudia brings a playful energy to all she does.
