Martial practice refines the body in movement, while the way of Tea refines stillness. Together, they offer a cultivation of inner force.For 2.5 hours precision meets stillness — a journey through Qi energy, Japanese sword tradition, and the Way of the Tea as a ritual of stillness.Included- Internal martial arts and Qi cultivation- Foundational sword movement and posture- Japanese Tea practice- Space for reflection and presence.TeachersLed by Greta Oros, Tao teacher and practitioner of the Way of Tea, and Inácio Cristo Dias, 6th Dan of Jisei Budo, teacher of sword arts and founder of Jisei Dojo.
