Tackling Anxiety Together (ACT885) Wednesday 10th March 2027 Led by Jules Jacob In this event we helps people to move away from fear and worry to hope and wellbeing. On the day we will be hearing stories, strategies and tips based on neuroscience and biblical wisdom to empower us against the grip of anxiety and improve confidence. We are not health care professionals but we are people who have also struggled with anxiety and we want to share the things we have found helpful and offer encouragement. Our inspiration is from: 2 Corinthians 1:3-4 The God of all comfort , who comforts us in all our troubles, so that we can comfort those in any trouble with the comfort we ourselves receive from God.
