About

Tao Qigong · five rings acontece a 5 de novembro de 2026, Jisei Dojo, em Lisboa.

Weekly consistent practice in Lisbon. An internal martial arts practice rooted in traditional Qigong lineages, Neigong, Qi alchemy and the ancient way of the five elements.
