About
The Art of Being You Retreat Day acontece a 1 de novembro de 2026, N22, em London.
The Art of Being You Retreat Day Move. Breathe. Play. Express. Rest. Join Cobi and a wonderful team of facilitators for a day of yoga, mindfulness and expressive arts, designed to give you space to pause, reconnect and come home to your true self. Welcome + Morning Yoga with Cobi We’ll begin with a welcoming circle, creating a warm and supportive space to arrive, connect and set an intention for the day. From there, we’ll move into a feel-good yoga practice, celebrating our bodies and inviting self-exploration, freedom and connection. Workshops We’ll then delve into different forms of creative expression. Firstly through a fun and interactive drama session with Laura where identity will be explored. After lunch you'll be welcomed to ground, breathe and creatively flow through mindful art with Natalia . Both workshops encourage curiousity and offer playful and intuitive ways to explore our inner landscape. No artistic experience is needed. This isn’t about being ‘good’, and there’s no pressure to perform. Come and reconnect with the part of you that knows how to play, create, explore and simply be — without needing to get it right. Nourishment A delicious, nutritious vegan lunch made with love by talented chef Nataliya. Also included throughout the day are snacks, herbal teas, fresh coffee and filtered water. Yin + Sound Cocoon with Cobi & Lee The last practice of the day will be a deeply nurturing experience. Cobi will guide you into slow stretches and restorative poses as you are cocooned in the soothing sounds and vibrations of instruments played by Lee. This will be a chance to soften, surrender and receive — allowing everything we’ve explored throughout the day to gently settle. There will also be time for optional journaling and quiet alone time during the day. She explores the emotional and natural landscapes within and around her, working intuitively across materials, media and collaborative processes to create intimate, immersive experiences. Alongside her own practice, she works with communities in arts and health, and is an ambassador for Arts for Dementia. Her approach is grounded in the evidence gathered in Professor Daisy Fancourt's Art Cure : creativity is not a luxury, but a pillar of health alongside sleep, movement and nature. The Quiet Place was born from Natalia's own search for a ritual. A way to pause and simply be. To bring breath and meditation into her creative life and to let go of perfectionism. About Laura Laura qualified in Drama and Movement Therapy in 2002 and worked for many years with children in primary schools in Enfield. She then spent 10 years living in Madrid and raising her family. Now resettled in the UK, she is gradually returning to the therapeutic and creative work she loves. About Lee In 2016, Lee was drawn towards yoga, breathwork and meditation as a way to relax and rehabilitate his body, while also supporting his mental and emotional wellbeing. After qualifying as a Kemetic Yoga teacher in 2023, he has continued to explore a holistic approach to health and wellbeing. Music and sound have always been a big part of Lee’s life, so becoming a Sound Healer felt like a natural progression in his journey.
