The Four Winds: Somatic Realignment with Breathwork

The Four Winds: Somatic Realignment with Breathwork acontece a 16 de outubro de 2026, The Humble Hub, em Saint Leonards.

Join Rachel and Tam Klien of MADRE for a deep, 2.5-hour immersion into Somatic Mapping and the ancient wisdom of the Andean Medicine Wheel. This is an advanced, high-altitude journey designed for those who wish to move beyond the "story" and into the somatic release. Rachel will guide you through advanced somatic breathwork—a potent tool for de-armouring the body and clearing the energetic imprints held within the nervous system. The Somatic Map SOUTH (The Serpent): Releasing the "skin" of past versions of ourselves; somatic grounding. WEST (The Jaguar): Navigating the shadow; tracking fear where it lives in the tissues and muscles. NORTH (The Hummingbird): Moving from effort to grace; opening the pathways of joy and soul-alignment. EAST (The Eagle/Condor): Expanding the vision; breathing into the "luminous" body and the perspective of the Great Spirit. The Experience Tam will hold the ceremonial container through evolving, immersive soundscapes—using the shamanic drum and Himalayan Singing bowls to vibrate the cells and support the deep somatic shifts occurring through the breath. This ceremony is a rigorous and beautiful reclamation of your vital force. We move through the archetypes not just as concepts, but as physical experiences, leaving you anchored, clear, and vibrationally aligned. We conclude with an integration circle and nourishing, grounding refreshments. Please bring some snacks to share together.
