THE HUNGRY CLUB x ENDEAVOR PORTUGAL
Why we do it
The Hungry Club exists to connect founders, operators, and investors who share the same hunger: to grow, to learn, to build things that matter. Endeavor backs the entrepreneurs doing exactly that. Put those two rooms together and you get something neither can build alone.
Why now
We keep hearing the same thing from founders scaling out of Portugal: the ceiling isn't ambition, it's people.
Specifically, the senior and middle management layer that lets a company grow past its founding team. Portugal has no shortage of builders; it has a shortage of the operators who've done "scale" before, at a global level, and can bring that experience into a local team.
This edition puts the two in the same room. Endeavor invites a cohort of its portfolio founders and entrepreneurs.
We bring a curated group of senior leaders and executives based in Portugal who've scaled companies internationally, the kind of people these founders will eventually need to hire, or already need advising them.
Format
Dinner, several tables, no stage and no panel. Just the right mix of people across the room.
Who it's for
From Endeavor: founders and entrepreneurs building and scaling companiesfrom Portugal to the world.
From The Hungry Club: senior executives and operators, Portugal-based, with a track record of scaling companies globally.
What you'll leave with
For founders: direct access to people who've actually run the scale-up playbook, the kind of contact you message when you hit your next hard call on hiring or ops.
For the operators: a front-row seat on where Portugal's next generation of scale-ups is heading, and where they might plug in.
What makes it different
Curation first: every guest hand-picked, not self-selected. One evening, one real conversation, not a networking mixer.
Our goal
To make this the table where Portugal's founders and its most experienced operators actually meet, instead of just hearing about each other.
