Join us while we take a closer look at what happens to the brain while we sleep + the meaning behind our dreams. Followed by Q+A. Ever wondered what goes on in your brain when you sleep? In this captivating talk, Dr Helen Nuttall will explain the science of our dreams. Just how does the brain create a different world of new experiences every night? Why can some people take control of their dreams? What is the connection between our dreams and our reality? Helen will discuss the latest research on the neuroscience of dreaming and the importance of sleep for brain health. Prepare to delve into the weird and wonderful world of neuroscience as Helen explains the amazing things that happen to you while dreaming. Doors open at 7pm, talk starts at 7.30pm - come down early to grab a good seat!
