After some of our biggest gatherings of the year, October offers an opportunity to bring things back into a smaller, cosier space as we move towards the winter months. The darker evenings are drawing in, the seasons are shifting, and the body begins to ask for rest, warmth and stillness. This evening is an invitation to step away from the noise, soften the nervous system and reconnect with a sense of calm through the deeply restorative power of sound. Immersive 90-Minute Sound Bath Guided by James, the session features a soundscape created with crystal bowls, handpans, drums, and chimes. The soothing vibrations and harmonics will help you release stress, rejuvenate your body, and find a deep sense of inner calm.
