The Strong Woman’s Weekender When was the last time you gave yourself a whole weekend to do something for you? Join us to celebrate the launch of The Strong Woman Program, founded by Melissa Black. Bringing together movement, nourishing food, inspiring conversations and new friendships, this is a chance to step away from your everyday responsibilities and give yourself some proper attention. The weekend is built around three pillars: Prioritise Movement. Prioritise Nutrition. Prioritise You. Across two days, you’ll enjoy: • Movement classes with Melissa Black and Diane Youdale—Jet from Gladiators. Explore what your body can do, enjoy moving and build confidence along the way. • An inspirational talk from bestselling author LJ Ross , with more guest speakers to be revealed. • Confident communication with The Actors Forge. Take time to find your voice and practise expressing yourself with greater confidence. • Life art with North East Life Art Project. An opportunity to get creative, try something different and enjoy the experience without pressure to be perfect. • Delicious food catered by Pink Lane Bakery , with time to sit down, eat well and get to know the women around you. This weekend brings The Strong Woman Program to life. It’s about discovering movement you enjoy, making space for your own needs and remembering there’s more to you than the roles you fulfil for everyone else. Come on your own or bring a friend. You don’t need to be super fit, confident or have everything figured out. Just come as you are, ready to get involved. Leave with fresh ideas, shared experiences and new connections and perhaps a little more belief in what you’re capable of.
