Join us on Saturday 21st November 2026 at 6:00pm for a 90-minute evening of deep relaxation, where the healing power of the voice meets the gentle energy of Reiki and the comfort of calming herbal teas. This intimate gathering is for people who are looking for a nourishing, soulful way to slow down, and reconnect with themselves Please bring your own yoga mat, blanket and pillow (optional). What to expect 🌿 Herbal tea & plant wisdom (approx. 15 min) : Settle in with a warm cup of herbal tea while Teodora introduces three gentle plant allies known to calm the nervous system and support digestion: linden flowers, lemon balm and mugwort. She will also give a short introduction to Reiki and the three areas of focus for the evening: the sacral chakra, the heart chakra and the head (third eye and crown). 🎶 Voice sound bath with Reiki (approx. 45 min) : Lie back and let Alicja's intuitive voice bath wash over you while Teodora offers each participant a short, personal Reiki session, focusing on the head, heart and abdomen points. You don't need to do anything except rest and receive. 🔔 Toning & humming (approx. 15 min): Alicja will guide the group in gentle toning and humming, so you can feel for yourself how your own voice can be a therapeutic tool available to everyone. No singing experience is needed at all. ☕ Closing tea: Finish your tea and take a few quiet moments before heading back into your evening. Meet your hosts Teodora is the founder of Terrapy Hub, a project that brings people closer to nature and to the energy around and within us through herbalism, foraging and Reiki practice. Alicja is the founder of Voicenvibes, a sound therapist, vocal coach, singer and songwriter. Her sessions are based on intuitive singing and toning, where the voice is discovered as a therapeutic tool for all.
