Wild Soul Rising – A Visionary Somatic Dance Mini Retreat

Wild Soul Rising, A Visionary Somatic Dance Mini Retreat acontece a 7 de novembro de 2026, em Stroud.

There is a part of you the world has not yet met. For those who have spent years adapting to fit – and are ready to reclaim their wild creative spirit. Through dance, nature, ritual, and creative soul expression. You are competent, capable, and respected for what you do. You have spent years adapting to others, shaping yourself to fit, and are ready to return home to you. There is a part of you that is not polite, not contained, and not convenient. The part that knows what it wants, feels what it feels, and refuses to stay quiet any longer. Over the day, we move through the elements – earth, fire, water and air. Coming home to your body, your breath, your ground. Into the deeper currents of the heart. And finally, the wild voice. Giving shape and sound to your longings, visions, and truth. This is the space to stop adapting. To come home to yourself. Fully, unapologetically, at last. 📍 A spacious yurt with a wooden floor, warmed by a wood burner, in the beautiful Stroud Slad Valley, Cotswolds. Five minutes from leafy woods and a local viewpoint. 🗓 Saturday 7th November 2026, 10am – 5pm ✨ Maximum 8 participants Including a vegan home-cooked lunch, teas and fruit For full details see www.helenesu.com
