About

Winter Solstice Yoga Event acontece a 21 de dezembro de 2026, Lound Village Hall, em Lound.

On the evening of the winter solstice, we will come together to celebrate at Lound Village Hall, with a cosy yoga practice, featuring optional sun salutations mixed in with more restorative poses to wind down for the winter months. We will also do some breathwork, and candlelight meditation to find inner light on the shortest day of the year, and we will end the session with nibbles and mulled wine! If you would like, you can stay longer to chat and eat with like-minded people.
