Join us for a deeply relaxing evening of sound, stillness and connection, guided by the gentle vibrations of Tibetan singing bowls and other soothing sounds. This workshop is an invitation to step away from the busyness of December and create a little space for yourself a chance to breathe, slow down and reconnect before the Christmas holidays truly begin. What to expect We’ll begin with a gentle grounding practice to help you arrive fully in the space. You’ll then be guided into a deeply restorative Tibetan bowl sound bath , allowing the tones and vibrations to wash over you while you rest comfortably. The session will include: A gentle arrival and grounding meditation Breathwork to release tension and settle the nervous system Intention-setting for the month ahead A relaxing Tibetan singing bowl sound bath A gentle closing ritual and opportunity to reconnect with yourself No previous experience with meditation or sound baths is needed.
