Join expert yoga instructor Jana Greig for a nourishing Winter Solstice Yoga Retreat designed to help you pause, reflect, and restore. Through mindful movement, breathwork, meditation and guided reflection, you'll be invited to embrace the themes of the Winter Solstice: rest, renewal and setting intentions for the months ahead. The day begins with a warming herbal tea and a grounding yoga practice, combining gentle movement, restorative postures and relaxation. Following a nourishing seasonal lunch, you'll enjoy guided journaling, quiet reflection and intention setting before settling into a deeply restorative afternoon of yoga, Yoga Nidra and meditation.
